This is what inspired me!!
A few years ago, I found myself sitting at a coffee shop with two tabs open on my laptop. On one tab, I was sweating over a completely blank canvas on my screen, trying to figure out how to design a simple social media graphic for a new project. Every tutorial I found online was over-complicated, locking simple design tricks behind expensive courses or dry, boring manuals.
In that moment, it hit me: Good design shouldn’t be stressful or exclusive.
We live in a highly visual world where our creative ideas need to stand out, but the tools we use are often gatekept by complicated jargon. I realized there wasn’t a place that talked about digital design with that same everyday energy. I didn’t want a stuffy design site that felt like an advanced art school textbook, and I didn’t want a site that lacked substance.
That is why I started Trendmeek. I wanted to build a space where anyone, whether you are a beginner, a small business owner, or just someone playing around with graphics can find quick, actionable Canva tricks and design guides without the headache. No elite design talk, just real, practical tips that I use daily in my own workflow.
